My Fitbit has lots it’s steps from 9400 to 3272 also lost calories burned how do I get ig back have pugged in and reset and it’s not worked when told it would now the online chat has disappeared

Let me help you with your missing data from your Charge 3 and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Do you have any third party app linked to your account? Have you manually logged any activities on your account? These scenarios may overwrite the data recorded by your tracker. Chat is still available (not sure where you got this information from) and you can reach out to our Support team via this link.
