Hi there,
My charge 3 screen has been blank for almost a day now. It syncs to the app just fine, and still vibrates when I press the power button but still no screen. I have tried restarting it (plugging it into the charger, hold the button for 15 seconds, even changing the clock face just to see). No options have worked so far. I got the charge 3 a few months ago when my old charge 2 died (after 2.5 years!). I love this watch so any insights on how to fix it would be great.

All my screen shows is a line going across. It will not do anything else. I was able to sync it with my phone but won’t go higher than 23 minutes of exercise. I deleted and reinstalled the app but nothing changed. Help
