I have lines appeared in my screen in a vetical direction with white colour. Can anyone help?

Do a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

Hey @LaurenEBT, welcome aboard! I'd like to know if the instructions that @SunsetRunner posted above about restarting your Charge 2, helped you out. If the issue persists, you could try to set it up your Charge 2 as a new device, just follow the instructions in this post.

I took mine back the guy said he had never seen it before and replaced it ... hope this helps
