My screen is suddenly got about 6/7 lines on out of the blue 

I’ve done the reset this morning but seems the same any ideas on how to fix or knowledge of why that happens ?

Me too. It appears to be a common problem. I've seen suggestions to reset the Fitbit, but I haven't seen anyone who it worked for. Instead, I've seen people saying that they contacted Support and asked for a replacement, which is what I'm thinking of doing.

Me too, started yesterday morning, having trouble swiping screen too. Have tried resetting but no different

So it seems we're all having the same issue, which seems to have occurred more or less the same time. Yesterday afternoon for me. Having in mind the time differences between all of us it could be exactly the same time, which leads me to a conclusion that might be something within the firmware. Can you post some pictures, so we can compare the whole situation? 

 

I would appreciate if the tech support check this thread.
