Screen not working properly nor holding charge

Hi. My screen on my charge 2 keeps going fuzzy the last couple of days and skips through the different screens on its own. It also isn’t staying charged. I used to only have to charge it once every 4 days. I wear it daily. Someone please help. Don’t know if these issues are tied into one thing or if it’s two separate issues. Thanks!

Hi @Bri1128 thank you for your post and for bringing this to my attention. I'm happy to help you with your Charge 2. Welcome to our Community Forums! Smiley Happy

Seems odd that the display of your device is behaving in such way, this is certainly not the way we designed out Charge 2. If you haven't already done so, for the display concern, I recommend you to restart your device. Regarding the battery life, I'd like to share that our Fitbit Charge 2 was designed to last 5 days but the battery life also depends on how frequently you use its features. I’ll recommend charging your Fitbit with a USB port from a computer or a UL-certified outlet into the wall and then turn off all the features that you don’t use that much. You can also check this help article for more tips and recommendations.

Please let me know how it goes, I'll be here.

Thank you! I already restarted it and it still keeps doing it. Already contacted customer support and they weren’t very helpful at all. Thank you though.
