Screen not working

Hello Team,

My name is Fabrice Hoodman from Mauritius Island.

CMIIT ID: 2018DJ3954

I bought my Fitbit Charge 3 in Australia in January 2020 at a JB HI-FI store. It was working fine but since last week there were some lines appearing on the screen.

But now, the screen is not working at all, it is just showing some white lines.

Would be really grateful if you could advise me what to do please.

I am having the same problem the screen is black and will not reboot
