Screen pixalated - not improved by reset or change of clock face.

I don't exactly know the typical time for a reply, but I would guess a day or two, they were pretty quick with my sister. If the screen's pixelated, maybe try a factory reset as explained below.
On your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data.
