Also the email address has been changed on my account and it won’t let me change it . I’ve had nothing but trouble with my Fitbit I’m not happy
Best AnswerI have the same issue. It didn't dim slowly for me though, I left it to charge and the screen was completely off.
It's at full battery and syncs but restarting didn't work. Changing the clock faces didn't either, but they may work for you if you haven't tried them. If holding for 8 seconds doesn't work, try holding for 15 after
I have tried restarting it but nothing. I’m so annoyed it’s only a year old . Hopefully someone will be in touch. Thankyou for you advise
