My charge 3 will not sync, I've tried rebooting it and still does not sync. Only had it a couple of months.

May I ask what type of phone is giving you problems @Hellygriff18
Have you tried restarting the phone and tracker?
Shut the phone off?
Stopped the Fitbit app?
Cleared the phones cache?
