Hi the screen on my charge 2 is reading back to front, does anyone know how to rectify this?

Do a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

How do I restart it, I’ve tried holding the button in and it doesn’t do anything!

You Restart it by following the instructions at the link I gave you earlier and if that still doesn't work, contact Customer Support.
