Screen showing white streaks

I have fitbit charge 3. From yesterday my screen is blurry.White streaks go from top to bottom.I have a problem with swiping thru the sceeen.I have restarted it .Its still as it was. I purchased fitbit charge 3 last year in November.Never had pronlems with it.Please help

I’ve had the same problem and also bought the device in November 2018. What can I do to get rid of the stripes?

I have changed clock face. 
I have rebooted.
Still have the white lines. 😞

I received message from fitbit with step to step how to make it better.It did nit helped.Week after my fitbit start to flicker and died....had to take it to shop and get the new one

Same exact problem for me.  Restarted fitbit, changed clock face, still have white streaks for the last few days since new firmware update.

I just started having the same problem. I have tried to reset it and it is still streaking.

A couple weeks ago, I took my charge 3 off the charger and it had the white steaks down the screen which makes it hard to read. It also needs to be charged every 2.5-3 days instead of 7 days. What can I do to fix it or do I have to send it back to Fitbit to be replaced?

I have the same problem, 2 white streaks on the top distorting the display. Has anyone been able to resolve the issue? Please help

The issue with white lines just appeared as well today. Rebooted device and didn’t have any trauma to the device - please connect me with a rep that can help me

Try to send them an email through the email us session and let them know.
I've tried every ways of rebooting and didn't work. Worked with the support
team to get a replacement.

Am I missing something? I don't think that I have seen a known solution here, just a thank you for contibuting and let me know if you have further questions.  Is my Charge 3 with the streaking display able to be fixed?

I had the same issue this morning after charging my FitBit.  I started an online chat and since the long restart didn't work and I'm within my 1-year warranty a replacement is being sent.  Just received my confirmation email stating it should be received in 5-7 days.  Thank you FitBit.

I was in contact with customer service - they went through a bunch of
troubleshooting and determined that I needed a replacement. I was within my
warranty so I’m now getting a replacement. The big thing is my device would
not do a long boot to update
