Fit bit screen no longer wakes. Just black. But still vibrates and still syncs. Any solutions?

Hi @Milyenair , welcome to the community! It sounds like a dead screen to me. Have you tried restarting the device a few times?
If that hasn't worked, I'd contact Customer Support. Best of luck!

Si redémarrage inefficace. De ton portable, essaie de changer l horloge et de la remettre ensuite. Moi ca avait marché.
