It’s been about a year since I wore my fitbit last, and I believe I charged it successfully (2 green lights on the back), but the screen won’t turn on. It’s gathering data, bc when I carry it and walk, the steps show up on my app. Any suggestions??

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.
