Charge 2 not getting weekly reports

My Fitbit Alta broke down and my son gave me his charge 2 and now I don't get weekly progress report by email ... Tried going to notifications but it doesn't let me change them ...can anyone help me ?

@Gisele_Doucet Welcome! It's nice to have you on board! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with your weekly report. It is odd that you can't select this option. Where are you viewing this (on the app or on the website)? Try changing the settings on the website at fitbit.com. On the app you can try logging out, restart your phone and log back in.

Thanks finally all the options appeared so I turned them all on 😊 Hopefully I will get my weekly progress report next week - thanks again Gisele

I'm having the same issue. The option for Weekly Summary isn't even listed on my phone. On the website, it is listed, but many settings aren't a check box, they are just a --, so I can't turn them on or off. I've been getting the weekly report for years and didn't this past Monday for the first time. I have a Charge 2. Please advise.
