Dead Charge 2

 This morning my Fitbit died. Sad day! It was working perfectly when I first woke up. It woke me up with the vibrating alarm and I proceeded to turn on my notifications. An hour later, when I tried to see what time it was, it was absolutely dead. It had previously been at 65% battery life and then without warning, it totally died. It will not charge or reset (per the reset instructions mentioned in this forum). I have cleaned it and used different ports to charge it but all have failed.  It seems as though it may have a tiny bit of life in it still because when I swipe my finger over the sensors on the back of the device, the little green lights flicker a bit. Help!
