Customer service nonresponsive.

Too many glitches, too much time waiting for fix that never comes.

 

Just a terrible product. It really makes you wonder why anyone would buy this lemon.

I have never seen such poor customer service; makes Comcast look good. Basic questions, simple product info. Awful. Good for you.
