The green sensors underneath aren't present. And the device is not tracking. All of this happened all at once and at random.

I tried all the methods I found to get it working. Plugged it and did the restart, did the reset/long reset. Left it on the charger, ect.... but stil not working.

I generally find it more helpful to hear about the result than the sensor analysis.

"the device is not tracking"  Can you give more specifics about that?  I take it you are not getting some readings?  Are you not getting any readings at all, even steps, or are there just certain readings you are missing?

Not getting any readings at all,only the time.

If you are not even getting steps counted, that's got nothing to do with green sensors.

Hi

This will not switch on by turning your wrist or by tapping the screen.It only turns on by pressing side button .It does not register step or heart monitor or sleep or any other of the functions it’s supposed to do .It’s turned into a watch and nothing more.I’ve tried all turning on and off resetting.This Fitbit was working perfectly well until a couple of days ago and just suddenly stopped working ,nothing was done to cause this.I would be very grateful if you could get this going again as I’m missing this Fitbit.

On phone app, tap profile pic (top left).  By Charge 4 it tell last time it synced.  When?

So it is syncing with phone.  You are wearing the Charge 4, but the phone app does not show any steps, or any other data?  Is that really the case?

Or is the data showing on phone app but just not on the Fitbit?

Fitbit being replaced under warranty.Just to answer your question .There are no readings on the Fitbit and after syncing there are no readings on the App.So the thing is dead.
