My fitbit was blacked out when I woke up this morning. Tried holding the side button to try and reset. Doesn't show charging. Shows the loading when clock face is changed but remains black. This is my second Fitbit and I love the functions, comfort and battery life but I use it constantly to keep an eye on the time
