Service center feedback

I would like to feedback that not everyone will ask for replacement even though warranty already expired. Please listen to customer needs carefully. Like for issues, I knew that warranty already overed, I only need was sending my watch to service center to check what happened to the timing's display which was corrupted as a lot lines that can't see clearly. Maybe your technician might can find tune to slove it immediately at the service center. I would greatly appreciate if you can consider to have just one service center in Singapore I order to provide after sales service. As so we can continue to support fitbit as long lasting watch instead of only upto 1 to 2 years life span. If fitbit watches is only cater for short periods of time I would be buying back and recommend to my friends to get fitbit as not durable watch without after sales service center.
