You can change between 12 and 24 hour clocks in your profile settings at https://www.fitbit.com/settings/profile
And you can choose a different clock style with the info you want in your device settings at https://www.fitbit.com/settings/device
Once you have made the changes and saved them, the next time you sync your fitbit will be updated.

Does not work for me; error message for last name

Is it complaining about your last name being blank? That happened to me a year or so back. The problem is that the field was initially left blank when we create an account but the rules changed at some point such that it has to have a name. If you try to amend any part of your profile it wants you to "correct" this.
If you don't want to give your name then put in anything. Then you can change the clock.

That's something I have not come across before so I'm not sure what to suggest.
If you don't get an answer from someone in this thread then you could contact customer support to see if they can help: contact.fitbit.com

Your suggestion works, but "only" on my laptop and not on tablet. Thanks!!!
