My charge 4 is giving me a failed to change error when trying to set a device lock pin code
ive read the forums and I cannot see a fix for this particular issue.
we have not set a pin previously, and yet a failure is occurring so we cannot set the pin resulting in us not being able to use the wallet feature.
We have reset, uninstalled, deleted the card…tried allsorts yet at no stage will the dashboard accept the setting of a device lock pin.
