I forget how to set the time and I am changing time zones. Can someone help?

You can go here (scroll down to time zone and use the drop down to alter the timezone) to manually set your timezone for the next time you sync your tracker.

Note: Your mobile should automatically adjust as you travel, changing time zones as it first communicates with local towers, when you sync your mobile and tracker the accurate time will transfer.

A bit different than the days when you got on the plane and manually set your timepiece for your destination - now you get there and everything auto adjusts.

Without your mobile on the trip you won't be syncing so be patient until you get back, your individual fitness stats will hold for a week, summary stats for a month. (don't forget a USB charger and your charging cable if more than a few days away)

Hope this helps. Have a smooth trip @Logger, nice to meet you!

@Sweet47p was the battery dead and your tracker shut off? This would explain the time being off. Have you synced tye tracker since charging the tracker? If you havent, then your time wont be set.

Sure would be nice to be able to see the correct time without an internet connection. When traveling, I can start fitbit sync but without being online to internet it will NOT update time or synch. I know my laptop, iPad and phone all connect properly but without an internet connect they do nothing. No synch, no time change.

My time has changed to the time zone where I travelled, but will not change back now since I am home. Any help would be great.

Do you get any errors reported when changing the timezone @dniner?

Are you doing this through the Fitbit app on some type of phone or computer, or using the web portal?

Have you tried both?

On the phone have you tried both manual and auto modes?
