Setting up a new Fitbit?

I had as Fitbit several years ago and set up an account. I’ve just bought a new one and I can’t log in as a message comes up saying that the email address is already being used (by me a long time ago). How can I log in? Please help asap. Thanks Maureen

It sounds like you tried to set up a new account.  What you should do is just log back into your old account, assuming you remember the password.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I’ve tried to log in but the message says that someone else has registered with this email address and it won’t let me go any further! Maureen

Just to confirm, you still have access to the email address that you are trying to in with?

Have you checked that there is no typo on your address? The most common mistake we have seen is the domain confusion. (eg .@googlemail.com instad of  @gmail.com or yahoo.com instead of yahoo.au, etc)
