Charge 2 setup does not work, I cannot get past the startup screen www.fitbit.com/setup
Is it a refurbished one? charge that I received because my previous was broken.
This one has been standing still for a while.

Hello, I used my windows computer and my Huawai phone, another fitbit versa is working with both devices. thanks!
