Setting measurements to high sleep sensitivity shows sleep time is about 3 hrs. Is this the deep sleep period?.

When I set the sleep sensitivity to normal, it shows about 7 hours.

Can anyone give some insights to what all these means?

@stevekanthan   For most people, the sleep sensitivity should be set to normal.  With a Charge HR, and other trackers that only give sleep patterns, and the normal setting, your tracker might see rolling over as being awake.  If you have the setting on sensitive, it will see all kinds of minor movements as being awake.  This explains the difference.  You can read more in this Help article.

You can't draw any conclusion about the deep sleep from your Charge HR.  Trackers that give sleep stages analyze heart rate variability as part of monitoring sleep stages.  The heart rate tracker in your model doesn't do this.

Thanks for the information. I have tried both modes and see lot more information on sensitive mode.
However, then what is the purpose of "Sensitive mode"?
I am also using Alta HR that provides sleep analysis. Is "Sensitive Mode" required for this?
