My Fitbit Charge HR has been tracking my sleep just fine and suddenly stopped. No other functions appear to be affected.
We deleted and reloaded the app in hopes of a resolution, but with no success. We have completed the latest update.
Any suggestions for us?
I read somewhere from someone in AU that you have to pay now to get detailed sleep info. I haven't been able to confirm this yet.
