My Fitbit Charge HR has been tracking my sleep just fine and suddenly stopped.  No other functions appear to be affected. 

 

We deleted and reloaded the app in hopes of a resolution, but with no success.   We have completed the latest update.

 

Any suggestions for us?

Sorry, no suggestions, but the exact thing happened to me. Fitbit charge HR stopped tracking my sleep 8 days ago. Everything else seems to be fine! So frustrating!

I read somewhere from someone in AU that you have to pay now to get detailed sleep info. I haven't been able to confirm this yet.

Hi Kjt7ken,

I managed to use my wife's old Charge HR and have started syncing with that
watch rather than mine.

It's now tracking all my sleep, just like it used to...

Thanks for replying though. I haven't heard of any extra payment for sleep
information.
