My charge 2 tracker has stopped showing my sleep data. Have deleted and restarted the app but not sure what else to do. Any suggestions?

Do you really mean your Charge 2 tracker has stopped showing sleep data, or do you mean your phone app has stopped showing sleep data?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Glomming on to this post. I saw my sleep data first thing this morning, now it’s disappeared. Restarted fitbit many times as well as my phone

If you'd like to restore a sleep log you have recently deleted, please tap on the Sleep Tile in the Fitbit app, then on the plus (+) sign on the top right corner of the screen, and finally on Add Sleep Log.
