Saw a similar post from 2017. Had a charge 3 and had the same issue. Not happy. The sleep data sync works for a few days... then just stops. That is the only reason I bought these two smart watches. Please help. App on Android Pixel 6 and an iPad. It works - yay. Then just downright stops. The sync seems to work - just no sleep data. No setting changes on the fitbit.
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Thank you for letting us know that your sleep stages are not always tracked by your Fitbit devices.
In this case, I would recommend visiting this article, open the menu "Why don't I see sleep stages today?" and follow the instructions.
In addition, you can restart your devices by following these steps.
You can also try the sensitive sleep mode. For information about how this setting works, please visit this article and open the menu "What's the difference between the normal and sensitive sleep setting?".
