<span;>I've only had basic sleep details for the past two nights. My watch is secure on my wrist and the battery is charged and I have looked at the trouble shooting page. Is there another reason it's not working?

I came here for the exact same reason. If we are both having the exact same issue at the same time then hopefully it is something on their end that will be fixed today 🤞

The same thing happened for me! It’s just giving me sleep details. The health metrics that are taken while asleep haven’t been collecting any data the past 2 nights

Same issue here with the Sleep no longer collecting. In addition, I have also have lost my steps for the past few days but the exercise steps are there. I had over 10,000 steps on Tuesday night. Yesterday, I did a sync, and it wiped everything all the way back to Sunday. Again, everything was wiped except the exercising steps I did on Tuesday and Wednesday. I've restarted the fitbit, reinstalled app, compared to the Dashboard online...Nothing works

Hi everyone. Thank you for your reports and information.
The following conditions can prevent the recording of sleep stages:
- You record your sleep using the app instead of the tracker's automatic sleep detection.
- The tracker's battery is almost empty when you go to bed (below 25%). This prevents a regular recording of the heart rate.
- You use the metal bracelet while sleeping
- You sleep less than 3 hours.
- The bracelet is too loose or too tight on the wrist. You should be able to put your index finger between the bracelet and your arm without much resistance, so that your heart rate is recorded regularly and the sleep phases can be recognized.
If you tap the recording that doesn't show you any sleep stages, you should get a message explaining why you didn't get any. What is this message?
See you around.
