My Charge 2 is now always showing the old style sleep patterns . Does anyone else have this. Or does anyone with a Charge 2 actually get the correct sleep patterns recorded?

I lost my sleep pattern results over 4 nights that coincided with the update that the fitbit company decided to inflict on Charge 2 owners. Those results were minimal.
It then reverted to the original way of recording. My fitbit was bought in late October 2018 and has been a pleasure to have and to use.
I am now very suspicious of the fitbit company as it hasn’t been of any help to all the Charge 2 fitbit owners. A shoddy company, in my view.
good luck in getting your proper sleep pattern results restored.

Bring up the graph of e affected sleep. Under the graph will be what Fitbit knows about not seeing stages. This is where we will want to start.

This is where you always want to start .Unfortunately this is all Fitbit always say and when these fail there is no further help.I have tried all these endless times with less and less effect. I have now had 25 days of old style in the last 30 days.

Thanks for your response. I agree with your comments but i loaded the update and was already getting basic data! I like the device but there must be a better way

What I'm saying is that Fitbit added the ability to see why sleep stages are not showing. If we know the reason the app says for no stages then we might know how to help.
Recently I had no stages and the app tells me why.

My apologies.
My message is always "your tracker couldn't
get a consistant heart rate reading whilst you slept"
I have followed the suggestions that are given but no joy. Do i just conclude that a charge 2 is not for me? I have had good runs of correct results in the past.

Rich
I don't know why you persist in treating my problem as a one off when clearly via other posts there are at least dozens of otgers having exactky the same issue. The inference always is that tbe problem is the user, when cleary it cannot be. We have not all gone mad at once. As with many othrrs my Fitbit days may be over.

I have exactly the same problem with my Fitbit Charge 2

Sorry but the first step in figuring out a problem is to know the cause, I'm simply asking what the cause is.
For me. As long as my sleep is 3 hours or more, i see sleep stages.

I sleep on average for 8 hours, my battery is fully charged and I wear by Fitbit where it has always been worn, but since August 23rd I only get simplified sleep details.
