Sleep score

The sleep score change has rendered my Fitbit completely useless to me. I’m highly disappointed and Fitbit has lost me as a customer. I rely on knowing my average hours slept in a week. Yes, I can do the math, but the reason I purchased a Fitbit is to track sleep and being assigned an arbitrary grade that means absolutely nothing to anybody but Fitbit is the opposite of helpful. I’m so unhappy

I don't track my sleep so I'm not familiar with the sleep averages but isn't what you are looking for just a little hidden now? I found this from fitbit:

Q: Has weekly sleep average been replaced by sleep score, or moved to Premium?

A: No, weekly sleep average is still available to everyone. To view it, tap the sleep tile in the app, swipe left on the graphs at the top until you see “Hours in Sleep Stages,” then tap the graph to see your weekly averages.

All Fitbit users will continue to have access to their time asleep, sleep schedule, sleep quality details, as well as weekly hours slept compared to their sleep schedule. Additionally, all Fitbit users with a device capable of heart-rate tracking will also see their sleep stages and sleep score.

This is not a fix, as it just tells you averages in stages, not average
sleep over all.
