I've been use fitbit charge 4 for 3 days.. and since day 1 till now I cant see my sleep score in my fitbit. It say no data..  in my fitbit app on phone I can see the sleep score but why it doesn't show on my fitbit? Every morning I try to sync the fitbit with the app in my phone but not working.. im so confused. Hope somebody can help..

Hello @Susanti 

 

I think it might be worth removing the app from your phone and re-installing it again. Could you please try that ?

Hi thx for your advice. I've try this before and nothing affect.. But this 2 days suddenly the sleep score on fitbit appear but I cant see the SPO2 .. then today the sleep score lose again and only SPO2 I can see.. So confusing right? 😂

I just realized that mine doesn’t show any place but the app either. I don’t think it ever has. The tile right above it always says no score also. Odd.
