Sleep time registering awake

Fitbit Charge 2 HR.  I have consistently had my fitbit register that I was awake for at least an hour every night (after midnight, but a different time of night each time).  I don't recall being awake or getting up to go to the bathroom and I don't have any steps added so I know I am not sleep walking.  I know I do move around a bit during sleep, and my resting heart rate and asleep heart rate are pretty close but I am trying to decide if I upgrade to a Versa or change brands.
Any suggestions for a sleep recording fix?

@Gary.R Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well!

Let me help you with your sleep detection. Your device will start recording sleep after it detects an hour of inactivity. If you have a light sleep or move too much then this may difficult your sleep detection and steps may show due to the arm movement. Additionally you can try wearing your device on your non dominant hand to decrease the amount of movement it is subjected to. Finally you can restart your device. You can also manually log your sleep time. You can read more about sleep detection here.

Let me know how it goes.

My fit has been a source of irritation for quite sometime. Other people are having the same complaints. Removing my post may help with fitbits fears but does nothing to help loyal customers. Currently I have this problem which again is not unfamiliar to the community.... I tried resetting my fitbit 3 time in a row. I t still does not give me my sleep data. It went from giving me scores and rem, light, and deep sleep to nothing. Instaed of squashing voices why doesn't fitbit respond to the concerns of the fitbit community.

I replaced my Fitbit and there has been no difference.  It generally does not acknowledge me going to sleep for 3 hours after I am asleep.  If I get up to go to the bathroom and fall asleep immediately after it says I was up for an hour.  I generally am asleep by 10pm, if I get up around midnight and take the 10 steps to the bathroom it will say I didn't go to sleep till 1am.  I have factory reset it, I have restarted it multiple times, I have adjusted the settings, changed the clock face, tried using sleep mode and nothing works.  I purchased a sleep by number bed that also tracks sleep and it is far more accurate.   So frustrating that this issue has never been addressed by fitbit and after wandering thru the forums I see many others have the exact same issue.
