@staceykaye Welcome! It's nice to have you on board!

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not recording your sleep. Your device will start recording sleep after it detects an hour of inactivity. If you have a light sleep or move too much then this may difficult your sleep detection. Additionally you can try wearing your device on your non dominant hand to decrease the amount of movement it is subjected to. Finally you can restart your device. You can also manually log your sleep time. You can read more about sleep detection here.

Let me know how it goes.

No I had the exact same issue for the past two nights and I slept straight through without waking last night for 6 hours.

I have the same issue with mine . The last time it recorded my sleep was Saturday night. It just stop . I disconnected from Bluetooth then connected back and it still not recording it. I’m glad I’m not the only one with this issue.

it seems to be working fine now - has been tracking the past 2 nights.  just frustrating when it missed 2 nights in a row - guess I was sleeping stupid - but i was sleeping for more than 3 hours.  sometimes it actually thinks I'm sleeping when the fitbit is charging.

thanks
