I tried to sync my Fitbit after a night of sleep, but everything else(steps, heart rate etc) was successfully synced but sleep. It’s not like I didn’t wear it correctly or it shows simplified sleep, but it simply is empty. The next day I synced again and everything was synced including sleep, but sleep the day before was still empty. How to fix that?

@jinloo A warm welcome to our Community!
Let me help you with your missing sleep data. Your device will start recording sleep after it detects an hour of inactivity. If you have a light sleep or move too much then this may difficult your sleep detection. Additionally you can try wearing your device on your non dominant hand to decrease the amount of movement it is subjected to. Finally you can restart your device. You can also manually log your sleep time. You can read more about sleep detection here.
Let me know how it goes.

I'm having the same issue. I have a Charge 2, my steps are syncing/updating correctly, but my sleep is not updating. I've tried restarting my Charge 2 (multiple times). What now?
