SmartTrack activities aren't syncing

So, my app is showing active minutes however not recording this as exercise. I haven’t changed any settings and until now this was all working perfectly. Should have 4 days of exercise showing but only 2 have recorded. Contacted Fitbit via messenger and getting nowhere. Have tried restarting Fitbit, force close of app and also deleted and reinstalled app still not working. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for troubleshooting this exercise issue. This issue was escalated to our team and it should be solved now. If you're still experiencing issues with SmartTrack, please restart one more time your Charge 3 and try again.
