Snooze function disappeared from my Charge 3.

For the last few days I press the side button once to ‘snooze‘ but the duck and zzz don’t appear on screen anymore so watch continues to vibrate until you just turn it off. Has there been another update which has stopped the snooze function?

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing difficulties to stop the snooze function on your Fitbit Charge 3. Thank you for the information provided.

 

We haven't been informed about any modification to the snooze function. If you haven't done it already please restart your Tracker by following these steps.

 

If this doesn't help, you can remove all the silent alarms from your Charge 3 and set them up once again. For instructions, please visit this article.
