I noticed that there seems to be a lot more options in the Settings menu on the device. Scroll all the way to the left to access this. I had stopped receiving notifications a month ago. I just realized that my Do Not Disturb was set to On. Some people with screen dimming problems might have their Brightness set to Dim when it should be set to Auto. If you tap on any of these settings, the screen will toggle through all of the options. Just double check that you have these set to your liking because there is no way that these options were there a month ago. After I double checked everything was correct, I then rebooted the Charge 3 by tapping About (bottom of Settings screen) then Reboot Device at the bottom. After rebooting, a smile face should show on your screen. The big left button will take you back home after you have made adjustments.
I hope this helps some people because no one ever told me to check these settings after I even called Fitbit. My Charge 3 is working perfectly now. Good luck!
