SpO2 Disappeared and won’t reinstall Nov 3, 2022

On Nov 3, 2022 I landed in Nepal (having left Canada on Nov1). Since Nov 3 my Charge 4 no longer shows the SpO2 reading as an option on the app or the watch. I have updated the app on my IPhone 13 and my charge 4 was updated well before I left.  

When I try to reinstall the SpO2 app it shows a red bar going back and forth and then the +install button reappears.

I believe your SpO2 feature is disabled, because it's not authorized to be used in your current location.
