SpO2 data no available since last update Charge 4

Since the last update two days ago I cannot see my SpO2 data anymore. A message informed me that I should download a SpO2 sop, but my device is not good enough to receive the new app. Is it an issue of the Fitbit app's last version or is it necessary to buy a younger device?
