can't see my hear rate screen from my saved exercise

@bickersuns , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message and attached picture. 

 

Please go the settings on your phone >apps>Fitbit App and delete the Cache. 

Restart your phone (off/on) and try to log in again in the Fitbit App
