My Fitbit charge 4 was working this morning. I went to check it around 8 and it began to start heating up and was unresponsive. When I plugged it in, it showed the smiley face of the reset and then shut off. Now whenever I press the button or try to reset it all it does is buzz. Is there a way to solve this or is it just completely dead?

My charge 4 did the same. The watch cost too much with these problems. Fit should have a recall with the Charge 4. The watch is garbage. Fitbit sent me a coupon for 35% for another Fitbit watch headache. I'll never waist and will never purchased another Fitbit watch.
