My son’s Charge 3 has stopped working. The step counter doesn’t reset to zero at midnight, never getting below about 400. I left for work this morning and it was registering 409. I got home this evening and the Charge 3 had travelled a further 200 steps to exactly 609 - but it hadn’t moved all day.
I’ve plugged it in and tried to conduct the reset described in the manual and online in FAQs. What else can be done?
