My Charge HR is not accurately counting my steps. It is giving me way too many steps. I even saw it jumping steps, giving men3-5 steps at a time. Is there a way to adjust this?

@TeaBagger Do you have it on your non-dominant wrist? That will help. But also go into your "wrist setting" and set it for dominant.  That will make it less sensitive to small movements.

@Jrdubyakc Thanks for the tip. I wear it on my non dominant wrist. Are you saying to change the setting to dominant while wearing it on my non dominant wrist?

@TeaBagger Correct. Continue wearing it on your non-dominant arm but set the wrist setting to dominant. The wrist setting is basically a sensitivity setting with non-dominant being more sensitive to movement and dominant being less sensitive.
