Steps have not reset at midnight

My step count did not reset at midnight last night, so today's steps are just adding on. I've tried to reset my charge 2 and sync it, but it's still the same. Any ideas on what I can do?

Hey @Nicki1234, it is great to see new faces around! Thanks for trying to restart your Charge 2 to fix this. Let me ask you this, please review on your Fitbit account that you have not changed the timezone, and if so, please set the one accord to your region. If everything remains the same, please restart your Charge 2 again and sync it.

Hi, I havnt changed timezones so everything is normal there. It has however reset last midnight, so it is working normally again now. I just have a rather large step count for yesterday 😂 but I can live with that. Thank you for your help x
