My charge 2 last synced almost 3 hours ago. I've walked through the entire FAQ for problems syncing several times and no luck. I removed the device from my account and tried to add it back on but it won't sync even then. Other bluetooth devices currently are working with my phone. This is so frustrating!

The usual things to try when you get syncing issues are:
One step I don't recommend (unless as a last resort) is to remove the device from your account. Unlike the steps above this can lead to loss of unsynced data.
