Pairing a Charge 2

I am having trouble pairing device. I’m stuck on the “www.fitbit.com/setup” screen, I follow instructions turning it on(while charging). And then it takes me to the “22.53.04” but back to the setup screen... help.

@Hcr1 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! Sorry to hear that you haven't been able to setup your Charge 2. Now that you have charged it you can follow this process to set it up with your computer or phone.

@AlvaroFitbit Yes thank you, so I tried doing this, and I’m still stuck on part 1. I left my Fitbit charged for a whole day, and this thing does not leave the “www.fitbit.com/setup” screen unless it is plug to the charger, could I not be receiving juice to the Fitbit?
