Hi @2m4a9c1 Try doing a Restart. To do this pop your Charge 2 on the charger and press and hold the button in until you see the Fitbit emblem appear. Its worth doing this a few times in succession for good measures.

Best AnswerThanks i tried that.
But why does official Fitbit info say you can do factory reset but it seems none exists?
Should be able to do that.
Is not possible to actually turn device off.
Either by soft or hard switch.
No actual reset.
Mine will not re-sync.
i tried on three devices.
reinstalled app on all three.
tried when near to only one.
bluetooth on and off.
removed charge 2 from account and tried to add again.
it is seen by bluetooth, and it knows to make pins.
but pins not recognized.
is partly connected but not fully.
is fitbit firmware issue.
but if cannot connect, cannot load new firmware.
and cannot do full reset because developers forgot/neglected to add one.
you want to buy a charge 2?
for you i make special price.....

Hi @WarthogARJ sorry to hear you are experiencing problems. I appreciate you trying restarting your tracker and that you have also tried deleteing it from your account and Bluetooth settings which is the equivalent of a Factory Reset. The way forward is to contact Customer Support for some more specialist assistance.
