Thoroughly frustrated with FitBit - poor product quality of the strap means it’s splitting at the point where I do it up. I’ve not had this Fitbit for very Long yet am already concerned strap will break completely and I’ll lose my Fitbit.
The other issue relates to the App no longer displaying my daily Steps. Keeping track of Daily steps are a Primary reason for me to use the Fitbit. The ability to see daily steps on the app, plus weekly, monthly etc totals is a huge motivator. The current lack of this data on the App reduces the appeal and purpose of using Fitbit for me hugely.
What do we have to do to ensure the Steps tracking data is reinstated back onto the App data panel immediately. Thanks.

As a first approach, I'd recommend to restart your Charge 3 by following the steps provided in the article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Hi @FiSing regarding the split strap, please contact Support (link in my signature) as soon as you can. It would not be good to lose the Charge 3.
Are you saying your steps are not syncing to the app from your Charge 3? If so, try restarting the Charge 3 several times and see if that helps.
