My device (Charge 3) is stating correctly that I have completed all of my steps per hour but this is not showing up on my dashboard, there are hours missing does anyone know how to fix this?
This has been a problem for me, as well, at least for the past week. Since Monday, I’ve had 250 steps per hour for 14 hours each day - as verified on my Charge 3 daily - but on the Fitbit app, it’s not recognizing all of the hours. The app has not even been picking up half of the hours most days and yesterday, I received credit for only 1 hour. Definitely a first world problem but frustrating!
